The classes are based around term time, but I try not to let more than 2 weeks go by without a session.

The benefits of yoga are not immediate. I try to give you "tools" that you can use in your pregnancy and birth. You decide which techniques work for you. Even five minutes daily practice of breathing and asana will improve your life.
I am uniquely qualified to teach antenatal classes as I am the only former Nurse-Midwife and nationally certified teacher for Yoga in Pregnancy (The British Wheel of Yoga) currently offering classes in the whole of Nottinghamshire.
I cover specific practices for pregnancy and labour that will help to prepare you for the birth, develop a deeper awareness of yourself and your growing baby, and help to make your pregnancy a healthy and empowering experience.
The classes are informative and enjoyable and as participants you also learn from each others experiences whilst potentially making friends with similar interests
